The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LifeUp is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by the use or inability to use the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
